Opportunity, Accountability, and Equity in our court system are vital elements to healthy, safe, and thriving communities. Durham, North Carolina values the ability of all its residents to "live, work and play" here in a safe and friendly environment. Our courts play a decisive role in our ability to attain that goal.
My past term as your District Court Judge speaks to my commitment to all of these and many other issues facing this community. Re-elect a judge who has a proven track record working with community, fighting for community, and who believes that people are not the sum of their worst mistakes.
About Dave
Fighting for justice and equity has been part of my life since the late 80s. That continues today inside the courtrooms where I currently serve in family, drug, traffic, criminal, domestic violence, and jail courts. Since 2018, I have proudly served the Durham community fighting for justice and equity in our legal system.
